Jalbrook Estate Terms & Conditions

Jalbrook Estate accomodation is suitable for ADULTS ONLY.

Children can attend weddings/events when the whole property is privately booked.

NON-SMOKING property. SMOKING is only permitted in designated areas, never indoors.

CHECK IN TIME FROM 1400 on day of arrival. CHECK OUT BY 1100 on day of departure. Arrive anytime after check-in time; instructions are provided for those arriving out of normal staffed hours. 

 

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable at the time of making the booking. Balance is payable on day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the check in date the deposit paid is forfeited unless the cottage can be re let, $50 admin charge applies.

Dates can be rescheduled at no additional cost with 7 days or more notice.
