Bookings

All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit.

2 people using seperate bedrooms will attract a one-off surcharge of $20.

Long weekends have a minimum three night stay.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to switch dates to a later visit there will be no charge. For a refund of your deposit a $25 admin fee applies to cover our costs.


Fourteen days or less your deposit is non re-fundable unless we can re-let the cottage for the whole period of the booking.
